beau valdez: Sandpoint, Idaho, United States; Beau Valdez hails from Spokane Valley Washington, where he lives with his wife and 2 beautiful daughters. His passion for photography stems from being around photography for most his childhood. When he is not spending time with his family, he is out looking for the hidden beauty that is all around us. Beau Valdez is alsoThe photo editor for the North Idaho College's award winning newspaper, "The Sentinel", as well as a former student photographer for the communications and marketing team at N.I.C. Recently, Beau won the regional Society of Professional Journalists 2013 Mark of Excellence Award for the Best Photo Illustration, as well as coming in as a finast for Best Sports Photo.
